WINE-MAKING:
The grapes used for this year’s Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva were hand-picked in plastic bins and transported to the winery. The fruit was gently crushed and sent to stainless steel tanks for fermentation at a temeperature of 28-30℃.
The total maceration time was 24 days. Malolactic fermentation and ageing took place during 10 months in French and American oak barrels, softening flavours and giving the wine a well-integrated oak character

TASTING NOTES:
Medium-bodied and soft with rich black currant fruit a touch of smoky spice and firm tannins.
SERVING:
Without food, or with meats, poultry, pizzas and pastas.
