TASTING NOTES：
Deep, brilliant colour with violet highlights. Very fruity, complex nose with aromas of cherries in alcohol, raspberries. On the palate, it is subtle, balanced palate with cherry and strawberry jam notes.
SERVING：
Serve between 16℃ and 18℃ with the red meat or cheeses.
