Ganica Barolo DOCG
ORIGIN:

Grape Variety: Nebbiolo
WINE-MAKING:
Soft pressing of hand picked grapes; 10 days slow maceration and fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks followed by two years of refining in oak barrels. It is then refined for a further 18 months in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES:
A ruby red with orange reflections, ethereal and intense in the bouquet with hints of canine rose On the palate, it’s dry, full, powerful and velvety.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
With roasted and braised meats, game and cheese. Best enjoyed at 18-20°.
