Udon is the Japanese name for these delicious noodles made from the original freshly milled heirloom grains, these grains have been grown for over 5000 years in China, which are well adapted to their environment and are cultivated by Chinese farms using techniques, and have been passed from generation to generation who have incredible respect for the land. They provide a mineral–rich pasta that's been grown without synthetic fertilizers, herbicide or pesticides. We use these special milled heirloom grains and traditional craft roll–and–cut, naturally air dried at ambient temperatures to produce gourmet organic Asian pasta with a smooth, silky texture.

General Cooking Instructions:
1. Remove ribbons and place noodles in 8-10 cups rapidly boiling water.
2. Stir to separate and cook 5-8 minutes until tender.
3. Re in cold water to reheat submerge briefly in hot water or broth. Or put them on the ice piece, as Japanese style summer noodles.
