If you are satisfied, you can lock in one year service with a big discount. Even with inflation, once you lock in one year service, we will not raise the price in the middle. Lock in the savings now!
3、 Can I cancel the subscription and how?
Yes you can cancel the subscription any time.
Cancellation policy is as follows:
We will give you a refund into Helekang account as account credit for remaining value. The calculation is based on what has been consumed with the lowest unit price. For instance, if you wanted to cancel a monthly trial subscription after two deliveries, the two deliveries will be deducted as single purchases, and the. If you purchased an annual subscription, and used two month plus 2 times, you will be deducted two monthly trial subscriptions plus two single deliveries.
All refund will be put into your Helekang account as credit which you can use to purchase any other products offered at Helekang.com. No cash refund is provided.
4、 Can you provide official invoice?
Yes, we provide office invoice (Fapiao). Only one time when purchase, not with each delivery.
5、 Are your vegetables fresh?
Most of our vegetables are delivered with 24 hours of pick, and directly from farm to your home, to ensure the freshness.
6、What if there are quality issues with the vegetables I receive?
Due to the nature of the vegetables, they are highly perishable. We request that you carefully inspect the products upon delivery to make sure you are completely satisfied with them. If there are any quality issues, please return them to the delivery staff on spot. If the quality issue is hidden and cannot be easily viewed from outside, please contact us within 24 hours after receipt and please save the products and take a photo to send to us, our customer service department will follow up to process. We do not accept return/refund request after 24 hours of delivery.
7、 What kind of payment methods do you support?
Vegetable subscription services do not support payment with Helekang.com account credit. You can pay by online payment (including PayPal with a foreign credit card), or COD (cash on delivery) or UnionPay card with a wireless POS machine. Only pre-payment is accepted for annual subscription. If paid each time, you can enjoy one time package. [click here]
8、 How do you package your products?
We at Helekang.com always believed in environmental protection. We try every effort to minimize packaging. The vegetables delivered will come with minimized wrapping and in bio-degradable bags. If you need gift box, we can arrange it for you. Gift packaging fee will apply.
9、 Can I request certain time to delivery?
Our regular delivery time is between 9am – 6pm. To improve efficiency, minimize CO2 emission and reduce environmental pollution, we try to combine deliveries. We will try our best to accommodate special delivery time request for your convenience but please understand that we cannot guarantee it. If there is no one at home to receive the products and we have to deliver second time, we will charge a nominal fee of 5 RMB each time.
10、 Which area is supported?
Currently we only support the service within Shanghai Inner Ring. Please see below the map region marked with yellow shadow. For other areas, please leave your delivery address [click here] and we will notify you once our service reaches your region.
11、Can I pause the delivery?
Yes, you can notify us to temporarily stop and resume your delivery service should you be out of town, travel, or any other reason.
12、What if my delivery address has changed?
You can update your delivery address online under ‘My Helekang’, or notify our customer service to change change your delivery address.
13、Is weekly delivery the same or similar content?
We carefully select fresh seasonal vegetables and balanced combinations. For the two deliveries in each week, the variety will largely differ. And each week the selection will be updated and largely changed to ensure fresh menu and balanced nutrition.
14、Can I freely choose what I want to have in each delivery?
You may change the items within each delivery given enough upfront notice. The substitute item needs to be at equal or less value.
15、Can I add other items with each delivery?
Of course. You can contact our customer service to add any other products to be delivered together with your subscription. The delivery fee is waived. You may pay online with account credit or pay COD upon delivery for the additional items.
16、Can I know ahead of time what will be delivered?
Yes, we will publish what’s in this week’s delivery online, and once order is placed, it will be sent by email to you.
17、What if something unexpected happened?
Vegetables are highly perishable. Due to unforeseeable reasons such as weather, traffic, natural disaster, etc., we may change the products or delay the delivery without prior notice. No refund is offered in this case. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
