To meet the needs of regular customers and improve our delivery service, we have now a weekly delivery special service for fresh organic vegetables and other products.
Customize your own weekly delivery menu. A wide range of choice from Chinese Package, Western Package, Family Package and more. Now available for 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Packages contains seasonal fresh vegetables. Family Package includes fruits, eggs, milk, etc. NO Delivery Fee. Shedule could be made to your heart's content.
Notice：All the vegetables in the weekly delivery packages are freshly picked before delivery. Due to unforeseen weather and transportation conditions, some of the products in the weekly package may be replaced with different variaty without notice.
1. This service can not be combined with other promotion or sale.
2. After you ordered this service, we will contact you by phone to arrange the delivery schedule that's most convenient for you.
3. Before each delivery, we will call you to confirm the delivery time. Please refer to the website on most updated delivery content. You may add additional products and no delivery fee is charged if delivered together with your weekly delivery.
4. Please feel free to inform us if you need to adjust your delivery time, delay or cancel this week's delivery. We ask at least 2 days in advance for such notification.
5. Any unused service or deliveries are not refundable. If any item is missing for one delivery, we will deliver for you when the item becomes available, or replace it with other items at similar value at your choice.
1、What choice do I have?
You could choese Chinese Package which will meet the needs of Chinese Customer, or Western Package for Western Customers. Also, Family Package will be a recommendation if you need to prepare dinner for your whole family, which including necessary vegetables, fruits, eggs and milk for your daily needs. All items in the packages are chosen from our best quality organic and natural products.
2、What if I don't like some items in the package?
Customized serivce means you could choose your items in the package. Any of the items you don't need could be exchanged for other products with same value.
3、What if I'm out of town?
If you are out of town for a while, we could temporarily suspend your service. Feel free to add or minus some items from your order before each delivery. Your account will be balanced for an extra plus or minus of your order. Also, if you need products which are not included in your order, a seperate payment by cash or other payments will be accepted.
4、Quality Insured?
Of course. We only choose the best quality top seller seasonal products to make these special packages. At least 20% discount is given in the packages. Also, we promise to use NO Pesticides, No Chemical Fertilizers or none of the other chemical synthetic compound during the growing procedure of our vegetables.
