WINE-MAKING：
These cool climes allow the grapes to ripen over an extended season to develop wonderfully complex flavors. The grape was chosen for superior quality. Following careful cluster sorting, the must is fermented in small French oak vats utilizing native yeasts. Aged in French oak barrels, which are hand selected by our winemakers and blended to create this wine.
TASTING NOTES：
The aromas of black cherry, cola and a hint of white pepper unfold to a luscious palate of ripe red fruit flavors, molasses and caramel. This seductively layered wine, perfectly balanced with its fine acid and tanninsis.
SERVING：
Wonderful now and will continue to develop beautiful nuances with age. With grilled meat and cheeses.
