WINE-MAKING：
The juice was fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels. The barrel fermented portion of wine was aged for 8 months in French oak to produce an intricately layered wine with delicate nuances of fruit and oak.
TASTING NOTES：
Ripe fruit flavors of pear, Macintosh apple and lemon offer substantial counterpoints to beautifully suggestive French oak components of cinnamon, nutmeg, and hazelnut. This mouthwatering wine shows a delightful complexity; the rich, creamy mid-palate is framed by a well-balanced acid tannin structure leading to a brilliant clean finish.
SERVING：
Serve at 8-12℃ with seafood.
