ORIGIN：
Appellation: Colchagua Valley
Grape Varieties: 76% Cabernet Sauvignon ,21% Carmenere, 3% Shiraz.
WINE-MAKING：
Hand=harvested, rigorously selected grapes were carefully fermented to emphasize the fresh fruit characters. Aging in French and Amercian oak barrels softened the wine and added complexity.
TASTING NOTES：
Medium-bodied and soft with rich black currant fruit a touch of smoky spice and firm tannins.
SERVING：
Without food, or with meats, poultry, pizzas and pastas.
