Appearance: An intense, straw-yellow, golden color, bright and perfectly transparent, slightly tinted with a bronze halo. Beautiful bubble trail, nicely and persistent.
Nose: Fine and delicate, the nose has generous aromas of fruit and particularly quince and currants, also with a very fine nuance of liquorice.
Palate: The start is full of delicacy and freshness. The month has delicious finale, long and persistent, with pastry aromas reminding of such specific taste as <crème caramel>.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
It is complex and lively, round and fresh. It is talented aperitif wine. It can be consumed with small foie gras toasts and fine smoked duck filets. It is also the perfect accompaniment to fishes, as skate meuniere or game birds with delicate sauce.
