A new study by scientists in Germany shows that
organically grown apples have a 15% higher antioxidant capacity than conventionally produced apples, reports FoodNavigator.com. The findings of the new survey are published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry and build on evidence from a number of studies showing significant nutritional differences between
organic and non-
organic food.
